A baptism certificate is required for Religious Education. Please email a copy to [email protected] or drop by the office to have a copy made of your baptism certificate. If your child was baptized at St. Bernard, please let us know when they were baptized and we can look-up their information.

If your child has not been baptized, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can make an appointment for you to come in and discuss how we can create a plan for your family's faith journey.
